Hi, my name is Daniela, and I discovered my passion for cooking when my kids grew up and started appreciating meals other than hamburgers. I started loving the process of mixing tastes, discovering the right extra ingredient and slightly modifying traditional recopies. The result is a revisited traditional Neapolitan cuisine. It has now become my necessary break from aerospace logistics and purchasing which is the field I work in.
I was born and raised in the beautiful and colourful Naples, from an Italian father and an American mother, and I will welcome you in my home which is an apartment with a breathtaking view in the historical monument of Palazzo Donn’Anna, set in the sea of Posillipo, Naples’ residential area. We will prepare our meal together and enjoy it in front of the fireplace or on the terrace overlooking the gulf of Naples. The dishes I suggest are based on pasta, meat and vegetables and the desserts are tipical of the south of Italy.
